Add Short songs and a choice of how random songs are picked (#30, #51)
Short songs (#30): a quiz settings switch and a Seconds per song row (30 by
default, 10-120 in steps of 5), saved with the quiz settings. Only part of
each quiz song plays, from a random point 10-60% into it, picked once per song
so restart and repeat play the same part. The progress bar, time and seeking
stay within the part, a hidden beginning counts inside it, and its end counts
as the song ending (repeat, stop or go to the next song as set).

Random songs (#51): the low-played switch in Settings is now a Normal / Low
played / Classic choice, stored as Settings.random_mode and not saved.
fetch_random_song(mode) picks /music/rand, /music/rand/low or
/music/rand/classic.

## Client for the MusicServer REST API (
/api/v1
).
##
## Registered as the
MusicServerClient
autoload, so every script can call it
## directly, e.g.
MusicServerClient.fetch_song_list(on_done)
. All HTTP traffic
## goes through [member transport]; tests replace it with a fake to answer requests
## without a running server.
##
## The server keeps a play queue for each client, identified by the
X-Queue-Id
## header. The client sends the ID it has for the server with every request and keeps the
## one in each response, which is new when the server started a new queue (after a reset
## or a sync). The IDs are kept in
Settings.queue_ids
, which saves them.
##
## Requests need a token, which the client gets with
Settings.api_password
## the first time it is needed and then reuses. When the server answers 401 (the token
## expired, or the server restarted), it gets a new token and sends the request once
## more. Callers never see the token.
##
## JSON objects are handed to
on_done
as the classes generated from the
## server's OpenAPI spec (see
server/generated/
), lists of them as typed
## Arrays.
on_failed
is called with no arguments when a request fails,
## including when no token could be had.
